Browne House is the Crichton University Campus Centre for Continuing Professional Development. We are located amidst the stately trees and lawns in the beautiful landscaped grounds of the award winning Crichton site in Dumfries. Our recently renovated historic building is excellently equipped and fully serviced to 21st century standards. We are here to help local business enjoy the conference, meeting and training experiences previously only available in the big cities. Unlike some other venues, our superbly furnished and equipped rooms have been astutely designed specifically with this in mind.

To satisfy all your staff training and business development needs, we have installed the best audio-visual, communication and video-conferencing facilities. Our staff is here to listen to what you want. They can arrange refreshments, presentation equipment and room layouts to suit your needs. We aim to create a refreshingly stress-free environment by taking the hassle out of organising your event. This will leave you free to concentrate on the purpose of your event and get the maximum benefit from the time you spend here.

But Browne house is much more than just a venue. If you want us to run your conference, organise your training event or set up a meeting for you, we can call on expert speakers, experienced training consultants and competent facilitators. If you wish we can handle your delegate bookings, registrations and even design your PowerPoint presentations. If you have people coming from far way we can also arrange their travel and local hotel accommodation.
